Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a kind of electromechanical integrated equipment, because it can change and open and close the material flow instantaneously, so the feeding quantity has higher accuracy. The control system generally adopts the SCR half-wave rectification circuit, and the feeding amount can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the opening angle of the SCR during use, which can realize the centralized control and automatic control of the production process;
Because the material in the feeding trough is continuously thrown up during the feeding process and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory, the wear of the feeding trough is small.

The electromagnetic vibrator is designed using the principle of electromagnetic drive and mechanical resonance. It is composed of an elastic system with two-point oriented forced vibration. According to the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, it can produce higher mechanical conveying capacity with lower power consumption. Its main parameters are frequency, amplitude and drive angle. These parameters have different ideal values for different materials.
