Inner Screening Double Rotor Vertical Shaft Crusher
The inner screening double-rotor vertical shaft crusher is mainly composed of a feed inlet, an inner rotor (with a percussion hammer and a spreader), an outer rotor (with a counterattack plate and a discharge screen), a lower hopper, a dust discharge drum, a central shaft, and a hollow The half shaft, housing and transmission system are composed. The central spindle is fixed on the upper and lower brackets, and the inner and outer rotors are respectively sleeved on the central shaft with a section of hollow half shafts. Two motors respectively drive the inner and outer rotors to rotate towards each other.
The inner and outer rotors are connected to the central shaft by bearings, and the gravity and other forces are transmitted to the base through the central shaft. The central spindle does not rotate, the inner and outer rotors rotate in opposite directions through their hollow half-shafts, and their respective rotation centers do not interfere with each other. Even if the rotation center of a certain rotor interferes, it does not theoretically affect the rotation center of the other rotor, so that the spindle only starts up. The supporting effect can reduce vibration and mutual interference between the inner and outer rotors.
The working principle of the internal screening double-rotor vertical shaft crusher is similar to that of the impact crusher. Both use high-speed impact to crush materials, but the structure is essentially different from that of the impact crusher. The lump material falls from the feed port, enters the inner rotor area, and is evenly thrown to the outer rotor area by the high-speed rotating material spreader, and is instantly accelerated to more than 45m/s.
The material is strongly impacted by the outer rotor parabolic counterattack plate with high speed and opposite rotation direction, and the brittle material is sharply broken; at the same time, the material in the gap between the inner and outer rotors is sheared or rebounded, and the subsequent high-speed material encounters high-speed collision and crushing. Then it rushes to the inner rotor area at high speed, and collides with the impact hammer to be broken again. The material passes through the above three areas, and is crushed into powder by strong impact, shearing and mutual collision. The qualified fine material is directly fed into the mill through the sieve plate to the fine material discharge port, and the unqualified material is screened by the sieve plate. The coarse material exits, and then returns to the crusher through additional equipment and is crushed again.
