The structure and working principle of the toothed roller gangue crusher
At present, the traditional domestic coal gangue crushing process uses an impact crusher, but this type of crusher has high power consumption during use, short hammer life, high noise, and easy clogging when handling wet materials. In response to the above problems, the toothed roller gangue crusher came into being. It is a new type of four-tooth roller crusher that can crush coal gangue, has a large crushing ratio, compact structure, and integrates an impact crusher and a toothed roller crusher. Its structure and working principle are as follows.

The crusher is composed of upper and lower crushing chambers. It is mainly composed of electric motors, hydraulic couplings, gear rollers, machine bodies, hydraulic systems and electrical control systems. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.

The machine is driven by a motor to drive a hydraulic coupling. After being decelerated by a pulley, the two toothed rollers of the upper crushing section are driven to rotate toward the inside, and the two toothed rollers of the lower crushing section are rotated oppositely to the outside (see Figure 2).
The crusher adopts the crushing principle that combines impact crushing and shearing and stretching. After the crushed material enters the upper crushing cavity uniformly through the feeding system, the material with a particle size smaller than the gap between the two teeth can directly fall into the lower crushing cavity without being crushed, and the material with a particle size larger than the gap between the two teeth is crushed by the upper tooth roller and enters the lower crushing cavity;
The materials in the lower crushing chamber are directly discharged from the two toothed rollers and the discharge ports on both sides that meet the particle size requirements, without increasing the crushing power consumption; materials larger than the discharging particle size are forced by the rotating toothed rollers and the crushing beams on both sides When it reaches the required particle size, it is forcedly discharged to complete the crushing.
