The driving device is composed of a motor, a reducer, an elastic coupling, a fluid coupling, a coupling cylinder, and a drive frame. The torque output by the motor is transmitted to the I shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling and the fluid coupling, and then through The three-stage deceleration of the reducer directly transmits the torque to the main drive roller drive shaft of the belt conveyor, and the friction of the roller drives the conveyor belt to circulate.
The reducer is a three-stage reduction of bevel gear and cylindrical helical gear, and the gears and bearings are lubricated with gear oil splash. The fixed ends of each shaft system are tapered roller bearings to limit the axial force generated by the operation of spiral bevel gears and cylindrical helical gears. The arc-tooth bevel gear pair has the characteristics of high carrying capacity, stable operation and low noise. Years of operating experience and theoretical analysis show that the gear pair is prone to faults such as gear tooth breakage and tooth surface pitting.
2) Translatability coupling
The elastic coupling connects the motor and the fluid coupling, and the processing quality of the pin hole on the coupling directly affects the running stability of the drive system, and also affects the service life of the coupling and the elastic ring.
3) Fluid coupling
Use a torque-limiting fluid coupling. Too much or too little liquid injection will affect its performance. Installed between the motor and the reducer, the mechanical energy output by the motor is converted into the kinetic energy of the working fluid through the pump wheel, and the kinetic energy of the working fluid is reduced to mechanical energy through the turbine. It can make the motor start smoothly under heavy load, prevent the motor and the transmission system from overloading, and reduce the shock and vibration in the transmission.
4) Connecting cylinder
The cylindrical connecting cylinder is connected to the reducer and the motor to protect the high-speed rotating fluid coupling and elastic coupling, and prevent the fusible alloy protective plug of the fluid coupling from spraying out when the fusible alloy plug is melted. 5) Drive frame
