Cone crusher is a new type of high-efficiency crusher, which has the advantages of high energy efficiency, strong impact crushing force, and high crushing ability, so it is loved by consumers.
The main structure of the high-energy cone crusher is shown in Figure 1. The main shaft 3 of the crusher is installed in the frame 5, the eccentric shaft sleeve 4 is sleeved on the main shaft 3, and the crushing cone 1 is installed on the eccentric shaft sleeve 4. At the same time, the crushing cone The lower spherical surface of the body is supported above the spherical bearing shell 2 and the spherical bearing shell 2 is fixed on the main shaft 3. In addition, the safety device and the adjusting and locking device of the crusher are hydraulic, and the lubrication system is basically the same as that of the ordinary cone crusher.
The working structure of the high-energy cone crushing consists of a dynamic crushing cone installed with manganese steel liner and an adjustment ring with manganese steel liner installed on the frame. The filler between the manganese steel liner and the crushing cone is epoxy resin ( Or zinc alloy). The liner installed on the crushing cone is locked by a cutting ring and a lock nut. The lock nut supports the distribution plate, which rotates with the crushing cone, so that the material entering the crushing cavity is evenly distributed.
The main shaft of the cone crusher is installed in the tapered hole of the frame, and the eccentric shaft sleeve with conical gear is installed on the main shaft. There is a bronze bush between the eccentric shaft sleeve and the main shaft. The lower end of the eccentric shaft sleeve is equipped with a thrust bearing. The thrust bearing is supported by a frame, the crushing cone is sleeved on the eccentric shaft sleeve, and the bowl-shaped bearing frame installed on the main shaft supports the crushing cone through the bowl-shaped bearing bush. When the eccentric shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone is driven to rotate for a crushing movement. Due to the large-diameter spindle, it provides conditions for increasing the speed of the eccentric sleeve. The increase of the speed of the eccentric sleeve greatly increases the impact force of crushing, thereby achieving high energy efficiency.
The sealing of the bowl-shaped bearing is realized by a seal ring filled with grease. The seal ring is always in contact with the dust ring of the body under the action of a set of small helical compression springs. The dust ring enables the crushed particles entering it to be captured and To contain grease.
The motor transmits the power to the cone crusher through a V-belt, and the crusher pulley is installed on the drive shaft through a detachable bushing.
The lubrication system of the crusher adopts thin oil lubrication, and the lubricating oil is pressed into the lubrication part of the crusher through an oil pump. There is a circulating water cooling exchanger in the thin oil station. At the same time, there is an electric heater to heat the lubricating oil when the oil temperature is lower than 16°C. For automatic safety protection, a pressure switch, temperature switch and oil flow switch are installed in the lubrication system to ensure normal lubrication of the crusher.
In order to clean the materials or iron accumulated in the crushing cavity, the crusher is equipped with a movable hydraulic cavity cleaning system. When in use, through the three-position three-way valve, the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic jacks uniformly distributed at the lower part of the upper flange of the frame, and lifts the support sleeve up and leaves the support surface of the frame. Other structure is similar to ordinary cone crusher.
