PYF hard rock impact crusher is composed of three parts: frame, impact device and rotor. The frame is the foundation of the whole machine. All parts and components are installed on the frame. It is divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part, which are welded by steel plate and section steel. Manganese steel liners are installed on the inner wall of the frame at both ends of the rotor. The top cover of the frame, the left side wall and both ends of the frame constitute a half-open upper cover that can be turned over. Work such as replacing vulnerable parts.
The upper part of the right side wall of the frame has a feed guide plate, and the lower (bottom) frame is equipped with a main bearing.
The counterattack device is composed of a counterattack board and a suspension device. The inner wall of the counterattack plate is equipped with a serrated liner made of highly wear-resistant materials. One end of the counterattack plate is hinged on the upper cover of the frame, and the middle part is hung on the upper cover of the frame by means of a pull rod spring suspension device. The suspension device is used to adjust the size of the discharge opening, and it can also play a protective role when there are materials that cannot be crushed.
The rotor is composed of a main shaft, a turntable, a blow bar and a fastened blow bar. The main shaft is installed in the rolling bearings on the outer sides of the two end walls of the frame. The turntable is a welded structural part, and it is not connected with the main shaft by a key but firmly connected with the main shaft by locking.
The material space of the crusher is the space formed by the feed guide plate, the two-stage counterattack plate and the arc from the unloading point of the feed guide plate to the discharge port of the second counterattack plate, which is called the crushing cavity.
