The second is that the horizontal level of the screen box is not accurate. Look for the fault from the support seat of the support foot spring or the spring itself, replace the spring or change the size of the support, and it may be caused by damage to the screen surface. Just replace the screen. If the rigidity of the screen box has been insufficient and the horizontal level is not accurate, the beam will break, and the material will flow abnormally if it is still running. It may also be improper operation, that is, feed imbalance is also one of the reasons.
3. The quality of Dewo vibrating screen is poor. The reason is that improper operation has many responsibilities. It may block the mesh, increase the fine particles in the sieve material and increase the moisture, so that the material layer on the screen is too thick and the feeding is uneven. The two sides of the screen may not be pulled tightly. 4. The vibrating screen rotates slowly and the bearing heats up. This situation indicates that the usual maintenance has not kept up, and the bearing lacks grease. If it is newly added grease, it is a problem with the quality of the grease or the addition is too full. Inferior oil causes it. The bearing blocks the labyrinth seal, so the quality of the grease is very important.
5. The noise of the circular vibrating screen is too loud, which may be caused by bearing damage, loose bolts, broken beams and spring damage. Except that the bolts can be tightened, parts need to be replaced in the other three conditions.
6. The side plate of the vibrating screen is cracked, the beam is broken, and the structural parts are damaged. This situation will not happen suddenly. The working time under the critical frequency is too long. For example, a large number of high-strength bolts that fasten the side plates are loosened, and the springs are seriously deformed. There are many differences in height, and it is also possible that the weight error of each eccentric block is too large, causing structural parts to be damaged, wallboard cracks, or even beam breaks. Replace damaged parts, tighten bolts, and repair wallboard cracks. Make two small holes of 6m/m first to prevent cracks from extending.
