Abnormal cooling water supply
Check the pipeline switch, check whether the cooling water pipe has a switch that is not open or not fully opened, whether it is blocked, and whether the cooling water pump is malfunctioning. The corresponding troubleshooting method is: dredge the blocked pipeline, remove the water pump failure and motor failure.
Lubricating oil is contaminated
The working environment of the crushing station is poor and the dust is very large. The dust is mixed into the lubricating oil after half a year of use, resulting in poor lubrication effect and increasing oil temperature. Solution: Regular sampling and testing. Once the lubricant technical indicators are found to be abnormal, the lubricant should be updated in time.
Oil pump gear wear causes low oil pressure
The hydraulic pressure of the crusher is mainly ensured by the matching accuracy of the helical gear oil pump. If the gears are worn, the oil pressure will drop, causing the oil temperature to rise. The treatment method is to replace the oil pump.
Not enough oil
If the pipeline flange leaks oil, the solution is: if the flange bolts are loosened due to vibration and the oil leaks, tighten or replace the bolts; if the oil pipe flange sealing ring is injured due to carelessness during installation, replace the sealing ring.
If the oil pipe is leaking, the solution is: according to the damage degree of the oil pipe, replace the oil pipe or repair it with electric welding, and then add a protective baffle on this section of the oil pipe.
If the gap between the eccentric sleeve and the central snap ring of the dust cover is not adjusted properly, the solution is: when installing the eccentric sleeve, adjust the bottom iron of the eccentric sleeve and check the size between the top of the eccentric sleeve and the bottom of the dust cover to ensure it.
Blocked oil circuit
If the filter is blocked, check and clean the filter; if the oil pipe is blocked, turn on the oil pump, observe the oil return cup, and check the oil volume to determine whether the oil pipe is blocked. dredge.
Some parts inside the crusher are vulnerable parts, mainly including: the bottom copper pad of the movable cone, the bottom copper pad of the eccentric sleeve and the horizontal shaft copper sleeve. These parts have 10 mm deep oil grooves. When the oil groove is worn to a certain extent, the passing capacity of the lubricating oil decreases, causing the oil temperature to rise. Solution: Replace worn parts.
