PFL compound crusher
The compound crusher is mainly composed of transmission device, main shaft, cylinder, upper cover and base. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the trapezoidal triangle belt. The main shaft is equipped with a hammer. The material enters the machine from the upper feeding port and depends on gravity. When falling, the material is continuously broken by a series of impacts of the high-speed rotating hammer, and then discharged from the lower discharge port.
The compound crusher is mainly used for the crushing of medium and small cement raw materials and clinker, and for the crushing of construction sand, iron ore, sandstone, gypsum, coal gangue, lump coal, and other medium-hard ores widely used in the medium and fine crushing of various ore, cement, refractory materials, bauxite clinker, emery, glass raw materials.
The material falls vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it shunts with another part of the material around the impeller in an umbrella form to produce high-speed impact and crush. The material between the casings is crushed by multiple collisions and frictions formed by the vortex flow between the materials and is discharged directly from the lower part to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles. The screening equipment controls to reach the required finished product particle size.
