The grease passes through the manual dry oil pump, enters the tapered sleeve from the outside through the oil inlet of the beam body along the oil hole of the fixed sleeve, and then enters the lower gasket to complete the lubrication between the tapered sleeve of the suspension part and the fixed sleeve and the lower gasket; main shaft and shaft The liner is lubricated by injecting grease through the upper center hole of the main shaft, and then screwing in the pressure injection lubrication with a screw plug.
Since the cone sleeve and the lower gasket are in plane contact, the lubricating oil completes the lubrication process through the swinging and squeezing of the cone sleeve, so the uniform distribution of the lubricating oil becomes the key to lubrication. Due to the plane contact, it is easy to cause the lubricating oil to be difficult to retain, and the tapered sleeve and the lower gasket bear a large equipment weight, which makes the lower part of the tapered sleeve and the gasket contact poorly lubricated;
At the same time, because there is no sealing device at the lower part of the beam, the dust generated during work enters the cavity of the beam, causing grease pollution and worsening lubrication conditions.

The upper and lower gaskets of the original lower part are smooth. On the contact surface of the gasket and the tapered sleeve, a ring-shaped and radial oil groove with a width of 10 mm and a radius of 3 mm is opened. In this way, the grease can be evenly distributed during operation and retained in the tapered sleeve. The contact surface with the lower gasket ensures good lubrication.
At the same time, the inner diameter of the gasket is also structurally improved. A dust-proof groove is added between the inner ring and the moving cone spindle, and a rubber sealing ring is installed in the groove, which can effectively prevent dust from entering and polluting the grease.
After the lubrication transformation of the beam cavity, it effectively prevents dust from entering and polluting the grease, improves the lubrication conditions of the internal parts of the beam cavity, reduces the maintenance and replacement time, and improves the operation rate of the equipment.
