To extend the service life of the crusher and reduce the operating and maintenance costs of the crusher, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the crusher;
1. In order to reduce the dust caused by the air leakage of the crusher shell, in actual production, water is often sprayed at the entrance of the crusher when the material is dry. As a result, the filter bag paste bag and the feeder of the bag filter are blocked.
2. When the material on the belt conveyor is falling, the air and the material enter the closed dust removal hood together, and the dust-containing gas diffuses out of the hood through the gaps and orifices on the hood wall, polluting the environment. In addition, due to improper setting of dust removal points at the corners of the belt conveyor, whether the dust remover is turned on or off has almost no effect on the drop dust of the lower-level belt conveyor. Therefore, the dust collector has not been operated since the crusher was in operation, and the lower-level belt conveyor has been in dusty all the time.

3. The dust enters the pipe of the dust collector, and the elbow at the inlet pipe increases the resistance of the system, and the elbow is easy to be worn and blocked by the dust. The use of screw conveyors and dividing wheels to transport the dust collected by the bag filter will increase the power consumption and increase the workload of mechanical maintenance; it is often necessary to disassemble the divider wheel feeder. Over time, the flange of the feeder leaks. Exacerbate the ash hopper leakage.
4. When the humidity of the crushed material is high (after rain or after the material is sprayed with water), the dust particles entering the dust collector are coarser than the crushed dry materials, the bag filter is easy to stick the bag, and the feeder is easy to block, resulting in the bag dust removal Ventilation resistance of the device is greatly increased, the ventilation capacity is reduced, and the dust is serious.
5. Because the bag filter is intermittently cleaning dust, when the dust collector is working normally, the air leakage of the grid wheel is also a problem that cannot be ignored. The filter area of the bag filter is too small, and the actual exhaust air volume is insufficient. It is difficult to form a slight negative pressure in the dust hood of the crusher discharge port and the crusher cavity, resulting in large dust in the post environment.
6. There are many failures of the bag filter and accessories in the crusher, which not only affects the normal dust removal, but also increases the maintenance workload of the equipment. From the statistics of equipment maintenance, poor quality of spare parts is an important reason for more equipment failures.
