The hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal and other materials in cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors. The parts of the entire rotor are supported by the main shaft, which is installed in the flow bearing on the side wall of the frame. The impact force generated by the crushing plate is also borne by the main shaft. Therefore, the material of the main shaft is required to have high strength and toughness. The main shaft has two types: circular section and square section. The latter is a hammer holder that is connected to the main shaft without a flat key.
4. Hammer frame and turntable
The function of the hammer frame is mainly to connect the main shaft and the hammer through the turntable and the pin shaft. The hammer frame is composed of multiple turntables, compression turntables, and pins. The hammer frame is fixed together by pressing the turntable at both ends and the lock nut, and the hammer is installed on the pin shaft. There are several types of turntables: triangle, circle and cross. Regardless of the form, under the conditions of strength and rigidity, reduce the quality as much as possible, because the hammer crusher is different from the impact crusher. It only relies on the kinetic energy of the hammer to complete the crushing of the material.
5. Grates sieve
A grates sieve is a sieve made of grates. The arrangement of grates is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the hammer, with a certain gap between the radius of gyration of the rotor, and the shape of an arc.
