Another important factor for controlling the gradation of manufactured sand products is the screening process. Among them, the shape, size and inclination of the screen surface of the vibrating screen are key parameters that affect the quality of manufactured sand; there is a larger content in the manufacturing process For stone powder particles, which require high gradation, square square-hole sieves are generally used instead of rectangular and round sieves. In order to achieve a good screening effect and processing capacity of the material, according to the experience of the vibrating screen manufacturer, the inclination of the screen surface is generally controlled at 20. The mesh size of the vibrating screen directly affects the fineness modulus, gradation and stone powder content of machine-made sand. The larger the mesh size, the greater the fineness modulus of the machine-made sand, and the content of particles above 2.36 in the gradation also increases. According to the experimental results, the actual size of the mesh is controlled between 3.5 and 4.5. The gradation, stone powder content and fineness modulus can meet the production requirements. In the actual production process of Xinfu high-speed machine-made sand, the mesh size of the vibrating screen is 3.8rnm. After sieving, the obtained machine-made sand gradation has a content of more than 2.36 between 13.6% and 14.8%. Reasonable gradation can meet the needs of actual engineering.
