After the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is installed, no-load adjustment and trial operation must be carried out. The operational reliability of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder in production depends entirely on the adjustment and trial operation before it is put into production. The adjusted electromagnetic vibrating feeder should be under the conditions of rated voltage, current and amplitude value. Continuous idling and long-distance rotation for four hours, during the operation period, the amplitude and current value naturally fluctuate slightly with the grid voltage, and their values should be stable. Electric vibration that has not been adjusted to a stable level cannot be delivered to production.
The adjustment of the continuous equipment of the sand and gravel production line includes the following:
(1) The gap between the iron core and the armature is adjusted to 1.9-2.2mm. The air gap should be kept parallel and clean under any circumstances. After the air gap is adjusted, the adjustment screw must be tightened. If the air gap is too large, the current will increase and the amplitude will be reduced; on the contrary, if the air gap is too small, the iron core and the armature will collide, causing damage to the iron core and the armature. So pay special attention. The iron core and armature are not allowed to have impact.
(2) The number of spring plates in the tuning spring plate group is selected according to the tuning value Z. The tuning value Z=w/w0=0.9 selected in the design of this feeder. If the tuning is not good, when it is lower than 0.9, the feeding capacity will be reduced. When the value is higher than this value, the material conveying is unstable, so it must be adjusted carefully and repeatedly. After adjusting the air gap, tighten the iron core fixing bolt and the spring plate top tightening screw. At this time, you must loosen the inspection screw, then connect the power supply and adjust the potentiometer knob to gradually increase the current. At the same time, observe the amplitude of the amplitude indicator to make the current And the amplitude reaches the rated value.
At this time, if the current reaches the rated value but the amplitude is small, loosen the tightening screws on both sides of the spring plate slightly. If the amplitude increases, the current drops indicate that the original spring stiffness is too large, and the number of springs should be appropriately reduced. On the contrary, if the current reaches the rated value but the amplitude is too large, it proves that the stiffness of the spring plate group is too small, and the number of spring plates can be increased at this time. The machine has been adjusted according to the above method before leaving the factory. Therefore, during use, it is not allowed to increase the mass of the trough and the vibrator, and the number of spring plates generally should not be increased or decreased.
(3) The stability and reliability of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder largely depend on the tightness of the spring plate tightening screw and the fixing screw of the iron core armature. For this reason, the feeder must be checked and tightened all the top screws, fixing screws and nuts every shift every day during the first week of use, and checked and tightened once a week until the equipment is running stably.
